Foreword

Welcome to the eighth in our series of weekly puzzles.

Prolixic, or should that be Prolific, entertains us again.

Setter’s Notes

Setting these crosswords is an eye-opener to the intricacies of constructing a puzzle.  I am grateful once again to Tilsit for reining in my more wayward tendencies – I had, of course, assumed all of you would be familiar with various internet programming languages and that making logical connections from Word A to Word C via Word B would cause you no inconvenience.  It is a measure of Tilsit’s thoroughness that he even raised some more questionable points with other setters. When Elgar thinks that a clue is unfair you take notice!

I hope that you have as much fun solving the crossword as I have had compiling it.
