How many 6 downs does the grid contain that frustrate commuters?

Note that each 6 down is derived from the answers to one or more clues, and no answer is to be found in more than one 6 down.

Solvers should complete the answer box below with the number. There is no need to send a completed solution. Closing date for entries is midnight on April 20th. The winner will receive their choice of any of the Telegraph Crossword Books published by Hamlyn.

Please note that, due to punitive postal charges, while the competition is open to all, the prize is only available to UK solvers.

To return to this page follow “Crosswords / Monthly Prize Puzzles – Index” from the main menu.

Feedback on puzzles is welcomed and will be passed on to setters. A review will be published after the closing date.
